Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, submitting an application, or enrolling in any STATMed Learning program, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

Our programs are designed for adults aged 18 and older who are enrolled in or have completed medical, veterinary, or health science programs, or who are preparing for or have previously attempted medical board exams. By submitting an application, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria for the program you are applying to.

Application and Enrollment

Enrollment in any STATMed Learning program begins with a phone interview and application process. Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. STATMed Learning reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.

Enrollment is confirmed only after the following steps have been completed:

  • A phone interview with a STATMed instructor
  • Submission and review of your application
  • Scheduling of your first one-on-one session
  • Receipt of full payment or confirmation of a payment plan agreement

Program Fees and Payment

Program fees are disclosed during the application and interview process and are confirmed prior to enrollment. Current pricing for each program is available on the relevant program pages at statmedlearning.com. All fees are quoted in US dollars.

Payment is due as outlined at the time of enrollment. Flexible payment plans may be available for certain programs. Details will be provided during the enrollment process.

STATMed Learning reserves the right to update program fees at any time. Fee changes will not affect enrollments that have already been confirmed and paid.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All program fees are non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed and the first session has been scheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible. STATMed Learning will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes within the program timeframe.

If STATMed Learning is unable to deliver the program as agreed due to circumstances within our control, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling or a partial credit toward a future program.

Guarantee Policy

STATMed Learning cannot guarantee passing scores or score increases for any client on any exam. When you enroll in a STATMed program, you are purchasing our process, time, and expertise – not a guaranteed outcome. Academic performance depends on many factors, including your effort, consistency, and engagement with the program materials.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

Program Conduct and Participation

To get the most out of your STATMed program, you agree to the following:

  • Attend all scheduled sessions on time. Failure to attend a scheduled session may result in lost session time or a forfeited session, as outlined in your program agreement.
  • Complete all assigned homework between sessions using your own practice questions or review materials.
  • Engage honestly and openly with your instructor about your progress and challenges.
  • Maintain a willingness to change your existing habits and follow the STATMed methodology as taught.

STATMed Learning reserves the right to discontinue a program enrollment if a student’s conduct is disruptive, dishonest, or otherwise incompatible with a productive learning environment.

Intellectual Property and Materials Policy

All STATMed Learning program materials – including on-demand video lecture units, PDF handouts, training tools, and any other materials provided during enrollment – are the exclusive intellectual property of STATMed Learning and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

By enrolling, you agree to the following:

  • Program materials are licensed to you for personal use only during your enrollment period.
  • You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or transmit any program materials in any form or by any means without prior written permission from STATMed Learning.
  • Your login credentials for on-demand video access are personal and may not be shared with others.
  • Live sessions may not be recorded by the student without prior written consent from STATMed Learning.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.

On-Demand Video Access

On-demand video lecture units are hosted on a third-party platform and accessed using personal login credentials provided upon enrollment. Your video access will remain active for the duration specified in your program agreement – typically two months following program completion.

STATMed Learning is not responsible for technical issues related to third-party platforms. If you experience access issues, please contact us and we will work to resolve them promptly.
